Conditions:
- rates and conditions are subject to change without notice until payment of the deposit
- children sharing bed with parents are free of charge
- 30% booking deposit for full length of stay must be paid at the time of reservation
- the balance shall be paid cash in THB at the time of the check-in
- for period up to 3 months a 10% security deposit with a minimum of 5,000 THB is required which will be refunded only at the end of the
- rental period
- for period longer than 3 months up to 6 months, an advance 3 months payment is due plus 1 monthly installment as security deposit which will be refunded only at the end of the rental period
- for period longer than 6 months up to 1 year, an advance 6 months payment is due plus 2 monthly installments as security deposit which will be refunded only at the end of the rental period
Should you wish to cancel your reservation the following policy will apply:

Low season: less than 7 days prior of arrival, full booking deposit charged

High season: less than 14 days prior of arrival, full booking deposit charged
